Returns
Due to sanitary purposes, all items that have been used will NOT be able to be received back by our company. We also will NOT accept any beauty items (lashes, lash accessories, eyeshadow palettes, etc.)
We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON ANY ITEM. We only offer in store credit on items that are received damaged or defective. These items must be brought to our attention within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately items will not be able to be exchanged or returned after 14 days have passed.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt for proof of purchase. You MUST contact us before sending your merchandise back. Please email: littlefillylashes@gmail.com. Return/Exchange requests will ONLY be accepted via email and not through social media platforms.
In Store Credit(if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and you will have 1 year to use this credit or it will be forfeited.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for return/exchange , unfortunately sale items cannot be accepted.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shoplittlefilly@gmail.com for further instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
